Your AI Agent Home allows you to
See your most recently active Spaces,
Add additional Spaces, and
Navigate to all Spaces.
Your Home page includes up to 12 of your most recently active Spaces, in alphabetical order. A Space is considered active if it meets any of the following criteria:
Has at least one chat message in the last 30 days,
Has an upcoming meeting within the next 14 days for the Account,
Has at least one call recording in the last 30 days where an Ava user was a participant, OR
Was manually added in the last 30 days.
Connect Settings
Click the Settings hyperlink from the welcome message to make sure your Integrations are configured.
Add New Space
Click Add new Space.
Select the Account(s) you want to add.
Spaces appear in the order of your most recently viewed in Salesforce. As you type to search for additional Spaces to add, it filters alphabetically. The following metadata is shown:Account Name
Account Owner
Account Type
Last Viewed Date
Note: You cannot create Spaces if one already exists for the Account; each Account can only have one Space.
Click Add Space.
A success message appears letting you know the Space was added.
All Spaces
Navigate to a full list of all your Spaces, by clicking All Spaces.
