Call Processing Visibility
Call previously disappeared from the right-hand panel in a Space after a meeting ended while the call processed. Now, the Past Meetings section shows additional granularity on the progress for every stage of the pipeline, from call fetching through transcript indexing.
What's New
• A spinner and tooltip in the Past Meetings section shows when calls are being fetched or processed, so you always know work is happening in the background.
• Calls being indexed now show separately from calls generating summaries; the tooltip distinguishes "Generating summary for N calls" from "Indexing N call transcripts."
• New empty state messaging.
Why This Matters
• No more wondering "where did my meeting go?" The agenda keeps you informed at every step.
• Clearer status means fewer support questions and more confidence that Ava is working as expected.
Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue where users could upload separate files with the same name in different cases (such as report.PDF versus report.pdf). Uploads now compare file names without taking case sensitivity into account, so the same file with different cases do not upload.
